TERMS , CONDITIONS AND TRANSACTION PROCEDURES FOR EXISTING COMPANIES AND STARTUPS

1/ Client Information Sheet (CIS ) with company certificate ,forms 3&4, company regulation , Passport Biodata and Business Plan2/ Current Credit Report at August 8, 20233/ Proof of Funds to pay the following :-  Insurance Guarantee Bond of 1% of project loan
 Commitment fee of 2% of insurance guarantee fee
 Interest of 2% on insurance guarantee for first two years
 Underwriting fee is US$25,000.00 . Investors’ Proof of Funds is inspected physically with Business Finance Consultants International Ltd on appointment at our office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:am to 5:00pm . Only borrowers or their authorized assigns can inspect this document.

NB: Clients who can provide their own AA Rated insurance company ,verified and accepted will bring the insurance guarantee bond and pay Consultation fee of US$25,000.00
4/ Success fees for deals of US$/Euros 100 million and above is 2.5% and deals from US$/Euros5millionto99 million attract Success fee of 3.5% .Here commitment fee is 3% of project loan for 3 years .

5/Transaction Advisory Agreement and Fee Protection Agreement is signed. Underwriting fee is also US$25,000.005/ Draft Funding Agreement for review is issued and signed after consensus . 50%of Underwriting fee is received
6/ Bank -to-bank confirmation is undertaken and balance of underwriting fee is paid
7/ Funds disbursement process strictly commence between Investors’ Bank and Borrowers’ Bank which take fourteen (14) banking days to close.

8/ Success fee is paid to Business Finance Consultants Ghana Ltd per escrow account details.
